You’ve been out of uni for a few years now. You’ve done some courses and you’ve even started to develop your own theories about how to help people and solve problems. All your patients keep telling you how awesome you are and most patients are getting better.

You start thinking - maybe it’s time for me to go out on my own.. I’m not learning anything here anymore and I’m busy with my own clients.. It can’t be that hard..

Just thinking about it, there are so many things I would differently.. Like, the owner has no idea how unhappy some of his staff are, and he’s just too busy for us cause he’s just focused on treating patients.. It’s all about money..

When I open my own clinic, it’ll be different..

I want to give my team security.
I will be giving the team some of my patients so they can build
I’ll provide ongoing education, and even pay for them to go to the seminars that have helped me
I can market the way I want to market
I can charge what I want to charge - and better yet, I’ll be receiving 100% of what I’m charging rather than giving my boss so much of my hard work… He doesn’t even care!
It’s just all about the Business with this guys, and he doesn’t really care about the patients.. Just numbers, numbers, numbers..
Things will be so much better when I do things my way..
Plus, I want to be my own boss…

That internal dialogue is REAL! I had it first hand.. Tell me hand on heart, that you haven’t thought this way before.
