What is it?
The Pathways Program is a process whereby you enter phases of DISCOVERY, ESTABLISHMENT and EXCELLENCE.
DISCOVERY - as you learn things, you discover NEW areas of your clinic and your practise. A typical example of this is how to track marketing or financial data and then discovering how this impacts decision making going forward.
ESTABLISHMENT - once you’ve identified the areas your business is deficient in, it is time to establish processes and systems to bridge the gap. This phase is about implementation
EXCELLENCE - you’ve implemented, you’ve monitored and now you’ve found some inefficiencies within your processes and systems. It is time to refine and work towards your new potential.
