The4 is a collaborative coaching program designed for people who have an established business, need to focus on other things but are lacking accountability and guidance to make progress.
We’ve designed this program specifically for clinic owners who are stuck between working in their business, and working on their business. This is an immersive experience that requires you to be engaged, accountable, and to execute on your plan while we provide the support you need along the way.
The4 starts with our selection process to ensure you’re a good fit for the program. This maximises the opportunities for success for everyone involved.
It’s an ongoing program filled with workshops, upskilling, accountability, and support. Each week we do goal-setting and feedback. You’ll also get access to all our online courses, workshops and tools.
At the end of the program you will have improved your leadership skills, increased your understanding of how your clinic works, grown your business, and achieved your aspirations.
